Inside every guitarist is a faster, cleaner, more expressive player—but tension, poor technique, and inefficient practice habits often get in the way. In Cybernetic Shred, Stephanie Bradley delivers a focused and methodical program for transforming your lead guitar playing through smarter mechanics, technical mastery, and mindful repetition. This is your blueprint for building speed without sacrificing tone, feel, or control.
Stephanie breaks down the biomechanics of modern shred, guiding you through the fundamentals of alternate picking, tremolo picking, economy picking, and sweep picking—all within a high-gain, rock and metal context. But this course isn’t just about blazing speed. It’s about eliminating the physical and mental roadblocks that slow you down. You'll train with intention, using detailed exercises to improve muscle memory, hand synchronization, finger independence, and the ability to isolate transitions cleanly.
Alongside technique drills, Stephanie emphasizes the importance of posture, relaxation, warm-ups, and recovery, ensuring that your practice leads to long-term growth instead of burnout or injury. You’ll explore advanced picking strategies, 3-note-per-string scale runs, string skipping, intervallic motion, and how to apply it all in a musical and expressive way—because shredding should sound as good as it feels.
Whether you’re a developing player chasing speed with clarity or an advanced guitarist ready to refine your edge, this course delivers the tools to unlock your full potential. With Stephanie’s cyber-precise approach, you’ll gain the confidence and control to shred without limits—and sound great doing it.

I really enjoyed the content and structure of this course. It mainly uses the A minor scale to demonstrate a variety of picking techniques. The built in timed practice sessions that gradually build speed by subdividing the beat are effective. Stephanie was a pleasure to learn from, and I enjoyed her vibe.
