30 bebop chordal licks you must know

Sheryl Bailey is a fantastic teacher and musician . I have learned so much from her courses. She is able to explain the concepts and theories in a clear and precise way. Sheryl is one of my favorite educators on TrueFire and i am looking forward to more of her lessons. Thank you much!

Great channel

Definitely check out Sheryl Bailey’s True Fire channel if you want to expand your theory into jazz stuff. She’s the co chair head of Berklee’s guitar department. The stuff she teaches on there starts basic jazz and expands to insanely technical jazz stuff that kids pay full tuition at Berklee for. I also subscribed to Joe Robinson’s channel and that was awesome for fingerpicking and he genuinely gives insightful tips to stay motivated. Check em out!

My favorite of favorites

Long time Truefire member and I have a lot of favorite educators. I spend most of my time in Sheryl's courses. They are challenging and can take some time to understand the material but I've learned so much with her lessons. Her fake book is excellent. Bebop Dojo is a must have course. There are not enough hours in a day to spend here.In fact I got to go figure out the last 8 bars of a Coltrane inspired tune in her Bebop etudes course. Thanks to Sheryl and true fire for providing the fun!

Amazing experience

I decided to be productive in my quarantine and learn guitar again. I found Truefire and their YouTube channel extremely helpful with their lessons and tutors being so helpful, clear, articulate and easy to follow. Sheryl Bailey is an amazing teacher whose lessons have had a profound impact on my playing I eventually showed progress and learnt to incorporate new concepts, rhythms, grooves in my own playin. Looking forward for more lessons in the future. Thankyou so much Truefire, Cheers!
