Tyler is a great teacher, offering not only bite sized chunks that are easy to digest, but explaining the thinking behind every lesson, starting with a simplified overview, typically the melody then progressively adding complexity. The guided practice sessions are a treat as well, easy to follow and play along as many times as you need to bring everything up to speed

Great Instruction yet again from Tyler Grant. But this course is *not* Tab-Sync enabled. Just fyi

I've worked through Tyler's "Bluegrass Rhythym Survival Guide" and really enjoyed the course. He's a great teacher and the practice videos were super helpful. Even more so with the Tab-Sync functionality which helped me follow along in the tablature without needing to manage a PDF. The material presented in this course is great too. But, I was bummed to discover that it is not Tab-Sync enabled. I mistakenly thought that the "Jam-Play" descriptor was synonymous with Tab-Sync enabled. It's not. Still a great course though.

Tyler Grant is such a fine Bluegrass Flatpicking Guitar Player, I have purchased two of Tyler’s courses, Bluegrass Flatpicking Method along with the follow-up course Mastering Bluegrass Flatpicking, this is highly recommended for those new to Bluegrass Flatpicking, even if you’ve been playing guitar all your life. I’m loving being bitten by the Bluegrass Flatpicking bug, yee hah such a buzz and lots of fun, it’s one of those: It’s so simple it’s hard things, I’ve missed out on many years of playing open and first position which Bluegrass mainly focuses on, if you want to learn Bluegrass, get both Tyler Grant Bluegrass Flatpicking Jam Play courses from TrueFire .
