A lot of people are surprised to learn that I studied classical piano since I was 8 years old. I didn’t switch over to guitar until my final year at Berklee when I was 21.
My classical training taught me a lot about music and the discipline of practice, but the guitar gave me everything I had been yearning for — the freedom of expression and the joy of creative exploration.
I’ve picked out 10 tracks based on my songs for us to explore together. I’ll demonstrate my creative approaches for crafting rhythm and lead guitar parts over each of the tracks. I haven't completed the course yet but for what I have gotten through, which was the song witchcraft it has been amazing! A lot of practice required to get it up to speed, but it's so worth it in the end! Jackie venson is so amazingly inspiring and I'm really looking forward to finishing up this course! I love the way she explains things just very down to earth and realistic!

I love the progression of basic rhythm and the alternate thickness of the low strings and blending the high note strings. Not a waste of money or time. You'll be better for it
