In the second section, you’ll learn essential banjo techniques: Bluegrass Style Primer, Alternating Roll & Pinch, Forward Roll & Variation, Backward Roll, Forward/Backward Roll, Mixed Roll, Roll Practice, Three Finger Lick Vocabulary, Intro Licks, Pinch & Slide Lick, The Holding Pattern Lick, Classic Fill Lick, Ending Licks, Playing Backup, Rhythm Chops, Rolls, Clawhammer Right Hand from basics on up.

You’ll put it all to work in the third section where you’ll start building your repertoire. Cathy demonstrates and then breaks down four classic banjo tunes, in both Bluegrass and Clawhammer style: Cripple Creek, Old Joe Clark, Shady Grove and Rollin' In My Sweet Baby's Arms.
