In addition to reaching #1 on the Billboard Top 100 in 1974, the song would go on to reach the #1 spot once again in the UK a whopping sixteen years later when featured in a commercial for Levi's jeans. It currently holds the record for the longest span of time for a song to top the transatlantic charts twice!
