In The Jam: Wide Open Flatpicking

A great addition to the main Bryan’s course!

Despite all the minor flaws of the developers (see below), this is a WONDERFUL jam from the best of the best guitarists! Thank you, Bryan, for an excellent and understandable analysis of all the subtleties of flatpicking, as well as for the opportunity to play with the best bluegrass musicians! Now a few words about the (minor) drawbacks: Basically this jam is the same footage like in the “Wide Open Flatpicking” course, but with a few more options, like live commentary, muting instruments etc. I think it’s a great addition to the main course, but I’d prefer to know these details before I buy the Jam. And it also has some limitations, compared to the ‘main’ course - In The Jam version doesn’t have no ‘slowdown’ option. Also you can’t watch it in portrait mode on iPad AND there is no landscape mode on iPhone. It exists, but you can only see the sound control. I play guitar, dobro and mandolin, so it would be nice to have the tabs for the rest of instruments, not only for guitar. And even for guitar PDFs I must go to the “Wide Open Flatpicking” course for the download. I’m an AllAccess student myself, so it’s not a big deal for me. But anyway. Also, even if I have chosen the “Classic view” by default, I still see the “TabSync” screen first. To summarize: I think this is a great addition to the main course. I highly recommend it to all fans of flatpicking. We look forward to new Bryan’s courses! Yours sincerely, Vladimir
