In The Jam: Matt Schofield B3 Trio

About this jam

Grab your guitar, dial in your mix and and jump ‘In The Jam’ with Matt Schofield and his trio!

”You’ll be jamming with my whole trio! On drums, we’ve got Aaron Glueckauf, and Darby Wolf on the B3 organ. We’ll jam over 10 blues tracks – some of my original tunes with vocals, and some straight ahead blues jams for you to have a bit of fun with.

Using the player’s controls, you can switch video angles whenever you like so you can study what I play on guitar, Darby plays on B3, or Aaron plays on drums, and you can mix, mute or solo any of the audio tracks.

The guys and I also filmed a commentary where we discuss some of our approaches to jamming together as a trio for each song.

Whatever instrument you play … guitar, bass, keys, even singers… mute that part, mix it however you wish, and then jump in the band with us!”

All of the guitar parts are tabbed and synced to the video with slo-mo, looping and many other controls to personalize this immersive jamming experience.

You’ll have multi-angle views and close-ups for all of Matt's rhythm and lead guitar parts, which are tabbed and synced to the video performances with looping, speed, and slow motion controls.

Matt, Aaron and Darby also give you a commentary for each of the 10 tracks to give you a sense for how they were interacting with the band to craft their own parts. Priceless!

Grab your instrument, and let’s jam with Matt and the trio!

In the Jams are great!

The only improvement I would suggest is that you can preview the Jams without downloading. When trying to figure out which one to do having to download it in the ap to hear it is a little bothersome. Other than that perfect!

Super 2nd ITJ from Matt

Jumped immediately into Matt's trio ITJ. Richer harmonically than his 1st ITJ & gives opportunity for interesting lines. As always, impeccable timing & phrasing. Somewhat miss the rhythm & bass channels (it's a trio) but lots of great comping ideas in the lead. Drums drive everything perfectly. Well done!
