Good course.

Good instruction and demonstrations, and broken up into good-sized lessons and practice sessions for beginners. I only wish they went into more detail about proper picking technique for people who don't have the Nosferatu claws.

Awesome course for those wishing to begin and get well aquainted with beginner-level Fingerstyle Guitar

This is a great course! I am working my way through it now and I am enjoying Trevor's teaching style and insightful advice and instruction throughout, he is very well versed and confidently guides throughout the lessons and brings up excellent points and helpful tips as the lesson progresses. I am a solid intermediate player, some advanced elements, but definitely far from an expert or master level in rock/metal. I am striving to continually increase those areas, and I am trying to improve my fingerstyle technique which is far behind. I am loving learning and this is a great course to start! It is long though, so I mostly recommend this course to people who are trying to get in to fingerstyle, for beginners or early intermediate players. This covers fundamentals and basics, which will bore anyone with a higher skill set. Another good fingerstyle intro course is Guitar Foundations by Richard Gilewitz. That one goes really well with this one because it's much shorter, but also still comprehensive for introducing and refining beginning fingerstyle technique with exercises and knowledge. Anyways, great course! Highly recommended for those looking to begin Fingerstyle Guitar or to get more clarity so they can advance to intermediate fingerstyle and beyond.
