Rory's neo soul
This has tourned out to be one of the best courses i have ever taken. I ve lernt a lot, enjoyed the tunes and the explanations and guidance is amazing. Hope there will be an other one of Rory's neo soul!
Rory Ronde
Rory Ronde grew up in Amsterdam in a musical family. His father, Henry Ronde, played various instruments and was one of the pioneering musicians in the Netherlands, introducing the country to steel drum music, Calypso, and Soca from the West Indies. Most of his siblings, like Berget Lewis, are in the music industry.
Rory, a self taught musician, has the guitar as his main musical tool but he frequently uses other instruments as well. Ronde is also a songwriter and music producer, working under the alias Kofi Anonymous.
Ronde is a member of several bands including New Cool Collective, Wouter Hamel, LaGarçon* and Les Cooles De Ville. He's also part of Dox Family, a group of artists that released material on the Dox Records label. Ronde has had the pleasure of performing this music abroad, visiting countries like Japan, South Korea, Lithuania and the United States.
Rory is also a guitar instructor and gives private lessons at his home studio. His main influences are George Benson, Joe Pass, Tuck Andress, Santana, BB King, Allan Holdsworth, and Scott Henderson.

Back To Basics
This is a GREAT course! Using a semi hollow Tele-type guitar with an acoustic amp; the lessons really made sense and was playing music immediately. As a part time musician, this course filled gaps in my musical knowledge and used some of the voicings on a folk-funk gig. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

Rory Ronde's ravishing review!
I love Rory Ronde's neo soul courses. His understated way of relaying technique, but equally importantly, feeling in your playing is a delight to follow. He breaks down complex chords and sequences into useable bite size chunks. I can highly recommend. The only negative is that there are not enough courses of Rory's on Truefire. 10 stars.

Rory's two courses are Wonderful courses and very creative,breaking down what seems to be complex when hearing to look easy and approachable.This course has nice concepts and techniques for a guitarist building a carrier on neo soul and jazz for the new age soul or trap music. Kudos 👍

Those two guidebooks are the bomb. I always tried to find some descent neo-soul/jazz guidebook and always on something so so but theses are great.
