In The Jam Purchases: If you have trouble downloading In The Jam to your desktop, we’ll refund 100% of your investment. Online Classrooms and Workshops: If you’re unhappy with the classroom or workshop for any reason, we’ll refund 100% of your investment within 7 days of enrollment. No questions asked!
iPad In-App Purchases: All iPad in-app purchases occur in the iTunes Store. For optimal savings, please check out on the TrueFire website through your browser, as we cannot pass along any TrueFire Cash savings, Students Discounts or sales for in-app purchases. For a refund on an in-app purchase, please contact the iTunes Store.
30 Day Price Pledge: If one of your items goes on sale* within 30 days of the purchase date, we'll happily credit you the difference to apply towards any future purchase.
