Watch the 2 Chord Jam Bm7-E7 Rhythm online guitar lesson by Frank Vignola from Vamps, Jams and Improv
This is the first vamp that gets into song form because we'll be playing over two chords. B minor 7 and E7 are the chords in this AABA song form. We discuss octaves as a rhythm guitar part, which is a very useful devise for developing ideas and working horizontally.
We review Bm7 and E7 inversions all over the fingerboard. We also work with Bm9 as a substitute and discuss a little about passing tones. This is a killer jam - you'll have a lot of fun with this one!
