Watch the Fourths, Fifths, Sixths: 4 online guitar lesson by Robbie Calvo from SoloCraft

Let's take a look at the 6ths I was using at the beginning of the performance. I was basically using the same approach as in the classic 6ths section but I am now adding a chromatic connecting run to join up the 6ths that resolve to our sweet notes. Take a look at the diagrams provided and play through the fingerings. Adding this chromatic move gives us a more country style sound to the musical example and works stylistically with our country flavored backing track. Let's jam this new information together and then take some time playing these ideas over the track on your own.
