Major Arpeggio Example 12 can be played using right hand hybrid picking because you have a one note per string scenario with a four note motif. You could use pick, middle, ring and pinky, or you could use a down stroke on the lowest tone, then a down stroke on the next tone, then your middle and ring fingers. Those downstrokes would involve sweep picking, you would be playing a rest stroke on the first down stroke.
