Watch the b7 1 Move online guitar lesson by Brad Carlton from Guitar Lab: Riff Generator

This lesson presents the concept of a specific theoretical formula for melodic move. The move we'll be dealing with is the b7 resolving to the root. This interval will always be a major second and can be viewed two different ways as far as layout on the fingerboard. Both notes can occur on the same string or on adjacent strings. Each layout presents specific options which will be covered in depth in this lesson. We'll be utilizing all the techniques presented up to this point which include: picking, hammer ons, pull offs, legato slides, bends, releases, pre-bends, and tapping.

Each lesson in this course is accompanied with specific color-coded diagrams to aid you in visualizing the information on the fingerboard.
