Watch the A Major Diatonic Triads online guitar lesson by Joe Dalton from Fretboard Epiphanies

2nd, 3rd, and 4th Strings
You should find these examples very helpful in your chord melody playing. While you are playing through the chords, notice where the root of the chord is. Remember. The root is the chord name’s note. So, Bm’s root is B. It is also helpful to note the barre chord form. So as you play the Bm, notice how it is part of your 2nd fret Bm barre chord. Do this for all the chords in all the examples.
