The attached charts feature the five scale patterns for the CAGED system in the key of C major. First is a global view of all five patterns on one neck diagram with the scale forms written above and below their respective territories on the neck. The second chart includes the five individual patterns each on a separate neck diagram. Try to see how the five individual patterns connect. The beauty in learning/memorizing these five patterns and visualizing how they connect on the fretboard is that they are consistant for all twelve keys. The only difference is that they are moved to a different position on the fretboard to accomodate the new key. For instance, the 'A form' always follows the 'C form' and precedes the 'G form', the 'G form' follows the 'A form' and precedes the 'E form', etc.
