Trills are a great way to warm up the tendons and muscles in your fingers. Strive to keep the note spacing consistant between the hammer-ons, pull-offs, and string crossing. Set your metronome to a tempo slow enough to play the first note of each triplet on the quarter note beat. All the notes in this exercise reside in the 'D form' scale pattern except the 14th fret/G string and the 15th fret/B string which are temporarily relocated from the 10th fret/B string and 10th fret/high E string respectively.
