Begin this exercise just like the previous one. As you let the air out with a hiss, make the hiss staccato. You will feel and see your abdomen pulse as you give breath to each hiss. Do not control this from your abdomen. Control it from your breath, and you will see it in your abdomen. Once you get this coordinated, you can combine the long hiss and the staccato hiss into a single exercise for breath control.
