This one brings the 'K' sound to the front of your mouth, just behind your top teeth, and it also works your diaphragm on each 'K' you produce. This makes your breathing more efficient because it forces you to take a breath and use that air immediately to activate your diaphragm as you produce each syllable. Remember the staccato hissing exercise as you do this one, and lift your palate as you go higher in your range.
