Here's some more Harmonic Minor practice for you. The first half of the solo is strictly E phrygian major (E F G# A B C D), then the second half switches between F Lydian (F G A B C D E) and E phrygian major. The only difference between the two scales is that the G# changes to a G. The bigger difference is in how you resolve your phrases as the resolved notes over the E chord are E, B, and G#, and the resolved notes on the F chord are F A and C, which of course you know by now because you've been practicing your arpeggios. (haven't you?)
