Watch the Rhythmic Figure #17 online guitar lesson by Brad Carlton from Guitar Lab: Diamond Rock Rhythm
This lesson is an overview of the available double stops on the top four strings in the third position fifth string root C minor pentatonic scale. By practicing this example you will develop your skills at keeping a C bass note on the fifth string to maintain the eighth note groove. This example is especially tricky from the damping standpoint so you will see some fingering options as well as some variations involving slurs. This example as well as all the previous examples could be played not only in a plectrum style but also in a hybrid picking style or fingerstyle. Feel free to explore all of these options.
