Low register licks are the subject of this lesson. The movable E7 form voicing is used in the key of C. These licks are a great workout for your fretting hand fourth finger. You may substitute hammer-ons, 1/2 step bends or 1/4 step "smears" for the b3 to 3 move in each example. Be sure to juggle the rhythms too.
