The third phrase has a little pick up going into it, where you'll be doing low octaves on B, and then move it up to D, E, and G. That climb will take you up to the 12th fret, and there you're going to do another blues rock lick. You start with the double stop on G and B on the 12th fret and then you pull off E to D (14th to 12th fret) and then you play B on the 14th fret. You repeat that four times, and then you continue on with single notes starting on the G, then going A-B-D-E-D-E-E. And there you have the whole phrase!
