This is a tapped cascade of whole step tones to be played over an E dominant chord (giving you the tense altered notes of a flat and sharp fifth) It's a pattern of groups of six notes which ends on the E root. The first note is picked by the right hand index to get the momentum going, and then hammered by the third finger (left hand). After the first two notes, the six note grouping begins.
