Here's an interesting motif in B minor pentatonic, although quite simple; this idea is best employed with hammer-ons. The B and E string motifs change every other time. Try picking them also, you'll achieve a different effect. You can catch players like Jimmy Herring using ideas like this. As always, this idea is really easy to move around so move to other keys and try moving diatonically and see what you come up with. Also for added tension when your improvising (over a B chord vamp) try moving it up a half step and bring it back in, cool outside sound!
