Watch the Breakdown 6 online guitar lesson by TrueFire from Play Blues Guitar 6: Soloing Principles

Breakdown 6 - Repeating Triplets is a video guitar lesson presented by Andy Aledort and is sourced from Slow Blues Power.

Bar 7 features a return to the I (one) chord, F7, over which I play a repeated phrase: fretted C and high F notes are followed by Eb, quickly bent up one whole step to F; these three notes are phrased as fast 16th-note triplets. The phrase culminates on beat two with a high G, the major second, bent up one whole step to A, the major third of F. This phrase is reminiscent of the style of blues/rock great Johnny Winter.

Beat three of this bar features a switch to Bb, so I switch right on the beat to F minor pentatonic and play a rhythmically straightforward phrase that wraps up the entire solo.
