Watch the Wu Wei online guitar lesson by Pierre Bensusan from DADGAD Explorer: Guitar Intuite

This title was suggested to me by my wife, Doatea, who had just read the book "The Tao of Pooh" by Benjamin Hoff. "Wu Wei" means "the invisible memory of the water," which is best introduced by the author, Mr. Hoff, himself:

"The 'Wu Wei' is the most characteristic element of Chinese Taoism. It means, literally 'without doing, causing or making.' But practically speaking, it means without meddlesome, combative, or egotistical effort. The Efficiency of Wu Wei (Pooh Way) is like that of water flowing over and around the rocks in its path—not the mechanical, straight line approach that usually ends up short-circuiting natural laws, but one that evolves from an inner sensitivity to the natural rhythm of things.”
