Watch the Tony Mason Jam: 2 online guitar lesson by Jim Campilongo from Sonic Tele
Now we are going to revisit the triads from the B flat blues lesson. Learning to play the triads over the changes will help you break out of the box of our "first love", the pentatonic and blues scale. Having the triad shapes internalized for each chord change should start opening you up to playing improvisational lines that are melodic, and harmonically colorful and expressive. Take your time and get the triad shapes down and have fun playing along with the jam track!
