Here's the second phrase of the verse. The end of the first phrase was on the 5th of the G6 chord, which we vibrato. Here we're still over the G chord, playing a scale, leading up to the B7 chord. Rhythm-wise, things start out pretty plain, but then it moves from eighth notes into triplets, and then a slide into the open B. So, it has a rhythm that kind of "sways" a little bit. That's another element of gypsy music that can be romantic and emotional sounding.
