The tune’s chord progression is broken down into its 32-bar form. The basic structure is A, B, A, B, with the first A section comprised of C7, A7, G, B7 and E minor. The first B section is A7 to D7 before going to the second A section, which differs from the first by finishing with E7 and A minor rather than B7 and E minor – C7, A7, G, E7 and A minor. The last B section is comprised of C minor (or Amin7b5) followed by D7, then G.
