Watch the Adv. Bebop Soloing Example online guitar lesson by Fareed Haque from Bebop Improv Survival Guide

Here I leave the given chords and play on leading chords that I am hearing and thinking, but are not actually being played in the track. For example, listen for how I play Cdom7(b9) in the last 1/2 of the bar of Cm7 to lead to Fm.

Also listen for the use of D7 instead of D 1/2 diminished to get to G7 and the use of Db7 ( tritone sub of G7 ) to get back to Cm7. I also play Bb7 to get to Ebm7, the first chord of the bridge.
