r in order to approximate a technique used by the inimitable Jeff Beck. In order to play this lick you’ll need to set up your vibrato bar in a floating setup so that you can pull back a minor 3rd on the G string, a Major 2nd on the B string and 1/2 step on the High E string when the guitar is in tune. With this floating setup you’ll have equal tension between the strings and the springs on the back of the vibrato system. If setup properly your guitar will rarely go out of tune even under heavy bar use and it will enable you to nail that minor 3rd pull back and crazy vibrato at the end of this lick!
