There are a few more chords to take into account and to consider outlining. Work on one at a time or else it can be overwhelming and remember Am blues is home base. I suggest writing out the name of the notes in each chord so you can see which are the notes that are most important to the change. Create a simple line that navigates through them, look for common tones and the notes with the least amount of distance between them. Run the track and play that line. This is practice so it doesn't have the be Beethoven!
