These dominant chords are often called "secondary dominant chords". So, if we're using I, IV, and V in the key of C, that's C , F, and G. So, what are the dominants of these three chords? The dominant of C is G7, the dominant of F is C7, and the dominant of G is D7. See chart for some options to check out.
