Using the same principles previously studied, we'll now combine minor and Major chords. The chord progression we'll use in this example is E, Cm, B, and D#m.
Let's figure out which positions fit the zone of the fretboard between frets 7 and 10. This is what we come up with:
E - Major pentatonic position 4
Cm - minor pentatonic position 1
B - Major pentatonic position 1
D#m - minor pentatonic position 4
