In the previous lesson, we looked at the minor pentatonic/blues scale. By using that scale it put you on the far right side of our tonal spectrum, which can be a little excessive. In this lesson, we'll examine the addition of the b3 to the D major pentatonic scale which is a more subtle approach common in southern rock, rockabilly, and funk music.
