The next series of String Skipping Workouts go from various arpeggios to a Lydian Dominant scale (3rd mode of Melodic Minor) and back to arpeggios derived from an extended chord formula. They're all set to triplet 1/8's as the rhythm of choice. All three can be played with either an alternate or hybrid picking technique. As for the skips themselves they will be one, two and even three strings jumps! Finally, Level 2 String Skipping Workouts will call for three minute reps.
