Watch the Arpeggiation: Level 2 online guitar lesson by Chris Buono from Guitar Gym: Arpeggiation
In this first Level 2 Workout, you'll get back to an unbroken arpeggiation pattern (adjacent) as you play a series of 6th string rooted major barre chords followed by 5th string rooted minor barre chord. Both are played with a simple recurring arpeggiation pattern throughout as you ascend up the neck. The challenge here is making these changes cleanly while maintaining maximum ring. To do this, it's crucial that you arch your fingers and maintain a solid barre with your fret hand first finger in order to get that elusive maximum ring factor for each chord. In addition to making sure you're fretting the chord so that every note rings out clean and clear, just make sure your picking technique allows for the same.
