This one is tough due to the tempo and some tricky fingerings. Since have broken down all these licks in the earlier section I want to talk about the importance of knowing the fingerboard. This solo, and many here, really outline the blues changes. This ultimately requires you to know not only the notes of each of the chords, but where they are on the neck, and how they relate to each other. What it the best way to do that? Arpeggios. Learn your Maj7, Dom7, Min7, Min7b5, and Diminished arpeggios. It's a lot of work for sure but it is work every hour and gallon of coffee needed!
