Watch the She's Walking: Rhythm online guitar lesson by Gary Hoey from Blues Rock Reactor
"She's Walking" is in E, tuned down a half-step, with a slower, grinding feel to it. We'll be opening up with a walk-up to the B7 chord. When we get into the shuffle, you'll be playing the open low E string and the A string held at the second fret, chugging along, adding the third finger onto the 4th fret of the A string. Keep your picking hand aligned around the bottom strings, putting your palm down a little to mute. In the video, I'll show you a little riff you can do when moving the riff around.
Next, move the same shape down to the open A string and D string held at the second fret, making sure not to hit the low E string. Go back to the E, and then on the V chord, hit the B7, then the A7, then we'll go through a cool walkdown lick you can use to bring it back to our starting walk-up riff.
