Watch the Week 6: Intro to Major Scale Harmony online guitar lesson by Les Wise from Fretboard Freedom Fighter

If you understand where chords originate in a key, and practice the arpeggio structures for each chord type, using our any finger, any string concept, you will be prepared to solo over almost any tune.

It is time to start using the master structures/arpeggios from each chord in a harmonized major scale. There are 7 chords in the scale, however there are only 4 chord types, and we already know how to play them. Major 7, Minor 7th, Dom 7th, and Minor 7th b5, that is it!

As you play through the examples you will begin to see how powerful it is being able to play from any finger!
