Finger Exercise #1 Warm-Up

This instructional video is an introduction to the first of three finger exercises that I use with my students: beginner, intermediate, and advanced alike. Please make sure you watch this video closely and remember to lay your fingers down and keep them down as you go up the neck of your guitar. Work your way up to the 12th fret and back down until you have mastered this exercise. Once mastered, use this exercise as a daily warm-up.

Lesson Notes: There are a total of three finger exercises. We'll learn one exercise each week and continue using these to build strength and dexterity throughout the workshop.
