Watch the Fingerstyle Survival Guide online guitar lesson by Brooks Robertson from Fingerstyle Survival Guide

Congratulations! You’ve made it through the Fingerstyle Survival Guide. I hope the essential fundamentals and techniques we covered in section one are a positive reinforcement to your fingerstyle foundations. I can’t stress how important and beneficial it is to give all the techniques and concepts we covered as much focused time and reps as you can in order to really get the ideas under your fingers. In section two you can use the performance studies to help analyze and apply the concepts in more musical situations. The skills that were improved upon in this course should prepare you to delve into many genres and styles of music on the guitar. What’s also very important is to just have fun with all the things we covered and to transform what you’ve learned into something beautiful and musical.
