I still think of this as a "Blake Rag". It has changed so much over the years - all that remains is the chord scheme. Somewhere in the late 70's, I started playing it in C with a dropped D tuning. This allows you to go higher up the neck with the non-C chords. It also feels quite liberating if you forget about all of those typical Blake-like "thumb stumbles".
