Knowing a slow minor blues tune is a must for any blues player. This one is in the key of B, inspired by the feel of Stevie Ray's "Tin Pan Alley," although it's not in 3/4 time. One great trick to pull out of this is using the relative major scale against the chord changes and landing on the root, minor third, and 5th of the Bm (Santana does this a lot). Also note the scrunged up phrasing here, where it sounds like I'm jamming notes together. This is a pure blues technique that's great to pick up.
