David Grissom: Road Blues Masterclass

David is a great educator. His playing skills are great and are reflected in the licks and improvisations he does, the mix of sounds he makes together with the style he has makes each lesson innovative and understandable. It ' s highly recommended to follow his lessons because there is material where you can acquire new skills to continue improving and expand your repertoire, so it's a good idea to review each lesson.

David Grissom as a top instructor

Grissom made a huge impaction my playing. He deconstruct and explain a couple of concepts that I incorporated in my playing, have heard from others, but he nails it. One is the use of Sus chords (removing the thirds), a concept used in jazz but sounds awesome in displaying. The other concept is the pedal steel emulation. A lot of fun and really impacts the bends to be precisely tuned. I have both courses, and wish I had more. Great stuff!

The Virtuoso

I got to know about be his talented guitar player through PRS. His tone, signature PRS guitar, and signature amplifier truly capture his godly tone! Makes sense why Paul thought he's the right guy to be one of the early endorsers of such a prolific organization. His lessons are one of the best that there are, the most important quality that I admire is that he combines lead techniques in the most swiftly and artistically with Rhythm techniques. The lessons are very informative, precise and easy to follow. Waiting for more!
