Here we're taking the move we did in example 11, Dm to B♭/D, and moving it up to the fifth position. In this example notice how if you finger the Dm starting with finger four on the D string, then finger three on the G string, it allows us to move to our next chord without losing a voice by lifting our fingers. This is called a cross fingering.
