This is probably the easiest example of the whole lot. That is because we are simply going to have one voicing and move it down through a whole tone scale, starting with Fmaj7. The whole tone scale simply divides the octave into whole steps as we can see here. This is a nice modern sounding turnaround to work in to the end of a tune.
