Watch the Guide Fingers online guitar lesson by Brad Carlton from Chord Studies: Jazz Turnarounds Vol. 2

This example is a I-vi-ii-V progression in the key of F, with altered dominants for the vi and V chords. You will not be playing any bass notes here, which is going to free you up and allow you to extend the chord. I also suggest you use the cross fingering for the first chord that way they're all guide fingers.
